SMT Panasonic Equipment Maintenance Engineer

I. Job Responsibilities

● Maintenance, installation, and servicing of Panasonic NPM series placement machines.

II. Qualifications:

● Associate degree or higher; age 30 or younger.

● Proficient in major maintenance of Panasonic NPM series machines, CPK calibration, equipment control circuit troubleshooting, and DGS software application. Strong analytical, communication, and learning abilities required. Must be able to adapt to domestic and international travel.

2. Preferred Qualifications

● Prior experience in after-sales service for similar Panasonic equipment is preferred.

III. Work Schedule & Compensation

● Work Hours: 6-day workweek; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

● Total Compensation: ¥7,000-10,000/month.

● Benefits: Year-end double salary and performance bonus. (15 days paid Spring Festival leave), annual company-sponsored trip, company-provided work meals (home-cooked meals with five dishes and one soup prepared by our kitchen staff).

● Building D, Gongli Industrial Park, 218 Zhenxin East Road, Zhangpu Town, Kunshan City (1.5 km east of Jiangnan Spring Embankment)
